Classes offered
A Hatha-inspired, alignment-based practice with emphasis on posture and breath. A gentle flow weaves with static postures to build strength and flexibility, while pranayama breathing exercises encourage you to move mindfully — linking movement and breath throughout.
Options are given for every posture based on ability, making this the ideal starting point for beginners and a deeply rewarding practice for those with more experience.
A quiet, seated practice using long passive holds to release the body's fascia — the deep connective tissue beneath the skin. Poses are held for 2–5 minutes, releasing tension, increasing flexibility and creating a profound sense of calm.
A wonderful complement to more dynamic practices, and particularly beneficial for those carrying stress or looking for deep restoration.
A strong, dynamic practice that builds heat, endurance and mental focus. Expect a vigorous flow of postures designed to challenge the body and build genuine strength — while always maintaining the emphasis on breath and alignment.

Specialist yoga designed for the changing body during pregnancy and the recovery period after birth. Classes focus on creating space in the body, pelvic floor strengthening, breathwork and relaxation techniques — supporting you physically and mentally through every stage.
Available from 12 weeks through to delivery and beyond. All experience levels and all stages of pregnancy welcome.
