About the practice
Laura offers pre and postnatal yoga classes for all levels of students and all stages of pregnancy in West London and online. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks — or from your first scan — through to delivery and beyond.
Laura practised yoga throughout both of her own pregnancies and continues her practice today both on and off the mat. Having experienced the physical and mental benefits first-hand, she was inspired to teach antenatal yoga and share what she discovered.
What to expect
Classes feature a gentle flow of yoga postures, pranayama and relaxation techniques, tailored to individual needs. Postures focus on relieving pregnancy tension throughout the body — gentle enough to restore energy while creating space in the changing body.
Each session includes pelvic floor strengthening exercises and pranayama breathwork to encourage relaxation and concentration for birth preparation. Props — blankets, bolsters and pillows — are used throughout for maximum comfort. Classes close with restorative postures to leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated.
