28 Day Yoga Challenge

Set aside 15 minutes for a daily yoga practice.

Gentle stretches to release tension and tightness throughout the body.  Suitable for beginners. 

Classes are emailed every Sunday evening to be practiced for 7 consecutive days. Either first thing in the morning or anytime throughout the day when you find the time. 

By the end of the 28 days you will have 4 x 15 minute yoga classes. Feel free to sign up for a second month as classes will be new and refreshed each month building on from the previous month.

Classes do not include Savasana so factor in a few extra minutes at the end of your session to rest and rejuvenation in Savasana.
